FancyText Pro ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that converts selected text into Unicode font styles. This Privacy Policy explains what data the Extension accesses, how it is used, and how it is protected.

We are committed to your privacy. In short: FancyText Pro does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

The Extension accesses the following data locally on your device only:

• Selected text: When you highlight text in an editable field, the Extension reads that selection to perform font conversion. This text is processed entirely in your browser and is never sent anywhere.

• Favorite font preferences: If you star a font style as a favorite, that preference is saved using Chrome's local storage API. This data is stored on your device only and is never transmitted to any server.

FancyText Pro does not collect or transmit:

• Personal information (name, email, address, etc.)

• Browsing history or URLs

• Page content or full-page text

• Keystrokes or clipboard contents

• Device identifiers or IP addresses

• Usage analytics or telemetry of any kind

The Extension requests the following Chrome permissions:

activeTab	To detect text selections and inject the converted result into the current page's editable fields
scripting	To run the content script that powers the floating font picker
contextMenus	To add the "FancyText Pro" submenu to the browser's right-click context menu

FancyText Pro does not integrate with or send data to any third-party services, APIs, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. The Extension operates entirely offline after installation.

The only data stored by the Extension is your favorite font preferences, saved via Chrome's chrome.storage.local API. This data:

• Resides solely on your local device

• Is never synced to external servers

• Can be cleared at any time by removing the Extension from Chrome

FancyText Pro does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The Extension does not collect personal data from any user, regardless of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
